These industry backed institutions have built up their reputation over the years, by retaining experienced and qualified faculties, foreign tie ups and canvassing for good placements for their students in the industry.
Admission to these premier institutes is based on an entrance test, Studio test , Interview and Portfolio review. The tests are stringent and need careful preparation, especially as the skill sets required by these design institutes are not necessarily part of the state and Central board school curriculums.
